Brain Kids came to Spain in 2011, is an educational program using the abacus in English.
Their founders, Raju Shivdasani and Raúl Morales, would promete the develompment of mathematical skills, while playing, learning and reinforcing your knowledge in English.
It's main mission is to achieve a better society and more educated, increasing children's knowledge and skills in mathematics and English.
"The human brain begins to develop at the age of 3 and it develops at 100% between the ages of 5-14. Whith this course, the brain and the child's abilities are greatly developed".
"Abacus is a popular toll used to perform mathematical calculations whit speed and accuacy. It is the easiest way to learn and practice arithmetics and it develops brainspower. The abacus is the world's oldest stone device".
Whith this system, three main objectives are archived using the abacus:
- To make mathematics tangible to children.
- To improve your mental arithmetics ability.
- To learn the language of mathematics in English.
